Raphaël Collado
Bio:
With nearly 20 years of experience in the R&D departments of consumer electronics companies, I have been a member of the cybersecurity team at CEA LETI for the past seven years. I started as a research engineer and have since led the Laboratory of Security Tests and Tools (LTSO) for the past five years.
Throughout the first 20 years of my career, I have worked at several companies, holding various positions ranging from embedded software developer to team leader, including roles as a software architect.
My areas of interest cover all aspects of cybersecurity for electronic devices, encompassing both hardware and software.
I hold a master's degree in mathematics and computer science (university of Savoie), as well as a master's degree in management (CNAM Paris).
Abstract:
The activities of the LTSO laboratory at CEA/LETI focus on the research and development of new testing techniques and tools to evaluate the cybersecurity of electronic devices. This includes both hardware and embedded software components, with a holistic view of the systems. A major key aspect to enhancing the security of these systems is the identification of vulnerabilities to anticipate and address potential fixes.
This presentation will showcase the tools developed at LTSO, with a particular focus on how they can aid in evaluating compliance with new regulatory requirements such as the CRA, as well as enhancing the resilience of systems against sophisticated attacks.
