
Vincent Bouchiat
Bio:
Vincent Bouchiat (born 1970) is a French condensed matter physicist and entrepreneur specializing in graphene and carbon devices. He earned his engineer degree from ESPCI Paris and a PhD from the Quantronics group at CEA-Saclay in 1997. He was research fellow at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) from 1997 to 2019, affiliated with Institut Néel in Grenoble. He is recognized for his studies in quantum devices and has co-authored more than 110 peer-reviewed article and 14 patents in nanotechnology and graphene devices. Since 2019, he has been CEO of Grapheal, a startup developing graphene-based sensors for chemical and biochemical detection of trace compounds.
