Bio:

Trained as a physicist, with advanced degrees in Materials Science and Engineering and an MBA, Pierre-François Louvigné spent 23 years at the French Defense Procurement Agency (DGA), where he held various roles related to innovation and defense programs. Concurrently, he managed a family-owned SME in Paris for 13 years. In 2001, he became the go-to "National titanium expert," advising ministries and major industrial groups on public policy and procurement strategy for this strategic, high-tech metal, a role he maintained until 2021. He joined SilMach in 2015 as Sales Director to expand the company’s business and drive its industrial transformation. In 2021, he was appointed CEO.
