Bio:

Emmanuel Dotaro is VP and Thales Fellow. He is in charge of Systems in CortAIx Labs attached to the CTO organization.

He joined in 1999 the Alcatel Research and Innovation lab. ending research director networking topics at Bell Labs. He joined Thales in 2009 as director of innovation for C4I systems and was until 2022 the director of ICT and Security labs at Thales Secure Communications and Information Systems. He is involved in various National or European ICT and Cybersecurity associations, initiatives or projects related to the ICT industry or research in its domain (Networks, Cloud, Security, AI).

He serves or served in 6G-IA association Governing Board, NetworldEurope Steering Board and expert group, ECSO Board, Cyber & Security Hub (Systematic Paris-Region), Institut Mines Telecom (IMT) Scientific Concil. He is chair of the Scientific and Technology Committee of the France 2030 PEPR Networks of the future
