Sophie Giroud

Bio:

Sophie Giroud received her PhD in Physics with a specialization in Materials Science from the University of Grenoble (formerly University Joseph Fourier) in 1998.

From 1998 to 2002, she developed magnetic sensors for magnetic head manufacturers. She joined CEA-LETI in 2002 and integrated into the MEMS Department to work on inertial sensors. She is involved in the development and industrial transfer of various MEMS and NEMS components, including MUT, gyroscopes, accelerometers, pressure sensors, and magnetometers.
