Abstract:

Recent computing system reforms have gone beyond the conventional scaling guidance principles and accelerated evolution based on the emergence of new algorithms and market requirements. This presentation introduces the evolution of the AI world and the new technological transformation based on the interlocking of memory devices from the system level that supports this evolution, especially the evolution of technologies that respond to the accelerating increase in data transactions.
