FD-SOI Product Marketing Manager | Semiconductor Industry Expert
With 25+ years of experience in semiconductors, Sébastien’s expertise spans from 0.25µm down to 7nm FinFET nodes across R&D and manufacturing. His career is marked by technical leadership in process engineering, yield enhancement, device development (eDRAM cell, RF, CMOS High Voltage, …) and 14nm FDSOI technology assurance implementation. Having held pivotal roles at industry leaders like Siemens, Infineon, and IBM, he has a proven track record of navigating complex international alliances partnering with UMC, NXP and ST Microelectronics.
Since joining Soitec in 2018, Sébastien has been instrumental in the global growth of FD-SOI. Combining a Master’s in Physics with an Engineering degree in Opto and Micro-electronics from French National Engineering School in Caen, he now leverages his deep technical roots and know how in advanced substrate to drive product marketing strategy and innovation around FD-SOI engineered substrate.
