Abstract:

Semiconductors are at the heart of modern defense systems and are essential to maintaining technological superiority. However, France and Europe remain highly dependent on non-European supply chains amid rising geopolitical tensions. This talk will highlight the vulnerabilities this creates and their operational implications. It will also outline the key levers to strengthen our technological autonomy. The overarching goal is to secure the long-term sovereignty and freedom of action of our armed forces
