Bio:

Dr. Chen-Kai Sun is a Software Engineer at the Free Software Lab, National Center for High-Performance Computing (NCHC), Taiwan. With years of expertise in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and middleware development, he is a core member of the Clonezilla and DRBL projects, driving mass deployment solutions used globally. His recent work focuses on high-availability architectures, cluster monitoring, and integrated scientific data sharing platforms, specifically the Sci-DM (a public data market at NCHC). Chen-Kai is dedicated to leveraging FOSS to bridge the gap between high-performance research infrastructures and collaborative data environments.
