From innovative devices
to novel functions

Are materials the great enablers? Advances in materials have driven several breakthroughs in the semiconductor industry, from Cu and high-k/metal gates to strained channels, and more. This satellite conference will review recent breakthroughs in oxide semiconductor channel devices, ferroelectric materials, and transition metal dichalcogenides for CMOS and memory. Despite their challenges, can these materials deliver on their promises?
